This is really what needs to happen to move our energy policy forward and to help balance the budget. Let’s see how real it gets since so many Congressmen are beholden to Big Oil. One-third of our fuel is used in the wars; end the wars, end the oil subsidies and implement clean alternative energy like solar. DV
